We all have problems to solve. Some times we sit down with our computer or a pad of paper and pencil and develop solutions in a methodical manner. Planning: Imagine what a home would look like if it was built without having plans to work from. The list of materials would be wrong, the sequence of work would be wrong, the roof would probably not meet the walls properly, the wiring, plumbing and furnace would be an awful mess, the budget would be wrong. Action Steps: These are the sequence of events or tasks, who is taking responsibility to accomplish various tasks, when they are expected to be done and level of quality of the finished product.

Mid-course Corrections: Nothing new runs perfectly. Some actions will need to be tweaked or modified to get the desired results.

Testing: Discovering whether the results you get are those you desire. If not, new Action Steps will be needed.

Resolution: You're done. Celebrate. And then look to see if this project can be improved further.
